Cancellation Policies: 

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: 100% of the fee will be refunded. 

• Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours: 50% of the fee will be charged. 

• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 100% of the fee will be charged with no refund. 

Guidance to Meet Your Driver at Cancun Airport: 

After passing immigration and collecting your luggage, please proceed to the exit. 
Important: In Terminals 2 and 4, there are two different exits: 

• one for transportation and agencies, and 

• one for family and friends only. 

Please make sure to exit through the Transportation and Agencies door. 

Once outside, you will see many people holding signs. Our receptionist will be among them, holding a sign with your name on it. 
Please look for your name. After you meet our receptionist, they will guide you to your van and introduce you to your driver. 
 
Guidance to Meet Your Driver at the Hotel: 

You will meet our driver at your hotel lobby door at the pickup time. Our driver will call out your name, once meet, our driver will double check with your E-Voucher or your ID to confirm the name of the reservation.  
Important:  Please make sure you need to choose the pickup time considering that you can reach the airport 3 hours before your flight.
