Meeting Your Airport Representative

After completing the arrival formalities and collecting your luggage, proceed to the arrivals exit.

Outside, look for our airport representative holding a sign with your name on it. They will guide you to your van and introduce you to your driver.

Meeting Your Driver at the Hotel

Please meet your driver at the entrance to your hotel lobby at your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will call out your name and check your e-voucher or ID to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are based on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled pickup time:

• 72 hours or more before pickup: A full refund will be issued.
• At least 24 hours but less than 72 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total transfer price applies.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total transfer price applies. No refund will be issued.
